A complete exterior renovation gives ultimate control of the building envelope of your home, with full replacement of your exterior we are able to apply superior installation methods versus when they are installed as individual items. When you replace windows and doors, combined with exterior insulation or house wrap and a new exterior siding – Boulevard Exteriors will warranty our workmanship for 5 Years.
5-Year Installation Warranty – With Boulevard You’re Covered
Window and Door Replacement (without siding) – Boulevard Exteriors will warranty the workmanship of your window and/or door replacement for 2 Years. When an exterior renovation is being done along side windows we have the ability to ensure the integrity of the building envelope therefor increasing your warranty to 5 years.
Exterior Siding – Boulevard Exteriors will warranty the workmanship of your exterior renovation for 5 Years. This includes Vinyl Siding, James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding, Engineered Siding as well as Aluminum Installations of Soffit, Fascia and Eavestrough.
